•   How many drinks does one batch yield ?

Most concentrated mixes yield 70 to 75 drinks per batch.

• Do I need a ton of ice to make these awesome drinks?

  NO. All you do is add the mix, water, and alcohol of choice...our machine makes the magic happen!

• What you will need to supply to ensure your event is a success!

  When we show up you will need to have these items ready:

  • Electricity -- DEDICATED standard 110 circuit with 15 amps.
    This means NOTHING else should be on this circuit or else the margarita machine WILL NOT WORK. Pick a place that is within 6 feet of an electrical outlet.
  • NO EXTENSION CORDS!!! If you use an extension cord, it must be 10- 12 gauge and no more than 25 feet long! Any other cord WILL NOT WORK.
  • Water
  • Alcohol if you are having it in your drinks

• How do you get your machine back?

  Generally all pick-ups will be made between 8am. and 2pm on Saturdays (for Friday night parties) and 11am to 3pm on Sundays (for Saturday night parties).
  If you need it to be picked up earlier, no problem. When we leave the machine, we will set-up a pick-up time with you.

****PLEASE NOTE****
If we arrive at the specified pickup time and nobody is there within 15 minutes,
you will be assessed a $50 late fee/return trip fee!!!!

We will call one hour before the scheduled pick-up time to confirm that you are there. If you know you are going to miss your pick-up time and you call us at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up, no late fee will apply as long as the machine can be picked up in time to be serviced before its next rental.

• If you are a tax exempt organization, it is your responsibility to provide a tax exempt form to Texas Ritas at the time of payment.  The state of Texas requires that if you are a tax exempt organization and wish not to pay tax on items, you must provide your vendor with a signed tax exempt form each year.  It is not the responsibility of the vendor to assume that the customer is tax exempt due to the title of the organization.  If such a form is not provided by the customer prior to the sale, the appropriate sales tax will be charged.

In the event that a customer presents a tax form to Texas Ritas after the event date for a refund on the tax charged, an administration fee of $25.00 will be assessed to the customer with no exceptions.

All Texas Ritas products are provided completely alcohol free. Texas Ritas does not recommend nor encourage the consumption of alcoholic beverages and will not be responsible for any accident(s) or injury(ies) resulting from the consumption of alcohol during or following the use of equipment or products provided by Texas Ritas.

We believe everyone can have a good time in a responsible and adult manner. Texas Ritas have a variety of frozen drink products that can be served with or without alcohol. Some of our flavored concoctions taste more like a dessert than a drink, without the alcohol.
